I had a bad experience yesterday in the salon with my daughter's haircut. I believe that €5 for spraying a detangling spray twice is a theft just as it is not correct that the price of this practice is not communicated and highlighted to the customer. After this review, the owner Francesca called me to discuss the criticism further and provided me with a voucher worth €5 to use at their place. The experience was certainly negative and annoying but I appreciated his promptness to resolve the issue! In any case, I continue to maintain that the prices are beyond all logic and unclear!!!

There is little to say, because it speaks for itself. Between competence, passion, organization and friendliness they create a special mix. Staff always organized between finding places for appointments and customer management, Francesca extraordinarily specialized in everything she does. Beppe and Sugen are two powerhouses in men's haircuts. In one word the best in Milan!!

2020: I had dyed myself during quarantine with a copper red color from the supermarket put on top of a previous treatment done by another hairdresser. Immediately regretful and bored by the red color and my regrowth, I asked the salon for help. I wanted something natural and I almost thought I would emerge dark if not black from the salon... 2022: I'M BACK, BUT I HAVE TO TOTALLY CHANGE MY OPINION. They always ask for €150, I asked if I could have homogeneous brown hair from the copper I have and with a few blonde locks. They gave me an appointment and kept me from 9am to 1pm with some dyes and colored washes and they would continue to extend me until the afternoon to finally give me only the styling as the final result: I left and entered the same. I at least expected to be brown again without too many pretenses. But was the dye fake? Was it water? I didn't get what I wanted, I came out as I was except for the cut hair and the style. I wasted time and money.

I have always been a Ciemme customer! And if I have always relied on them, both for hair and aesthetics, it is because they are great professionals who know how to advise and guide you in your look. They are all exceptional, but a special compliment goes to Beppe, who has been cutting my hair for years with creativity, great technique and skill as well as kindness. A super thank you also to Franci, Carole and all the other girls in the hair and beauty department ❤️

It has been my favorite salon for I don't even remember how many years, but many, many... when I arrive I find not only professionalism and commitment to make me leave the salon always satisfied, but also my friends with whom I can exchange chats and advice... Ciemme for For me it's relaxation and also a bit of home from the hairdresser to the beauty salon, I don't know what I would do without it!!!!
